I’m Wences Sanz — a creative mind always curious, always building. From my earliest steps in design to directing large-scale brand experiences, my journey has been about exploring how creativity can shape the way people feel, connect, and remember.
Over the past +20 years, I’ve worked at the crossroads of design, branding and innovation, leading projects that range from immersive experiential events to strategic design education initiatives. As a Creative Director, Professor, and Curator, I’ve collaborated with brands, cultural institutions, and students to push boundaries and turn bold ideas into meaningful realities. Along the way, I’ve also embraced Generative AI as a new creative partner — a tool not just for efficiency, but for reimagining what’s possible.

Bachelor in Advertising and Public Relations and designer with more than 23 years of experience ✺ Founder and Director of PlayRestart, design events in Madrid, Barcelona and Valencia. More than 50 speakers since 2014, like Erretres, Vasava, Mucho, Spin, Summa, Toormix, Hey Studio and many more ✺ I’ve worked in companies such as Fjord (now Accenture Song), everis (NTT Data), Andersen, MSD, and as a freelance for clients such as BBVA, L'Oreal, Telepizza, Servihabitat, Fnac, among others ✺ Jury of several design and creative awards, including the Laus and the C de C Annual, as well as a lecturer in numerous design and creativity events ✺ I‘ve been collaborating for over 12 years with the Club de Creativos of Spain in its Día C event, looking for and presenting promising young talent in different artistic disciplines with my own slot called Reset C ✺ Co-founder of the most important design community in Spanish: Domestika (2000) and MadinSpain (since 2003) events ✺ Director of the Design and Art & Design Area at the Universidad Europea de Madrid (undergraduate and graduate) ✺ Professor and Design Director at different design schools like The Atomic Garden, Miami Ad School, Neoland, UDIT, UEM.
